Sellick Partnership are looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner to join a Lincolnshire based organisation on a permanent basis.
The company provide an integrated service to several local authorities in the locality, which includes finance, HR, ICT, Customer Services and Revenues and Benefits. The purpose of the Senior Business Partner role is to ensure the delivery of effective Finance Business Partnering and high quality operational finance practices within this integrated service.
Reporting to the Head of Service – Finance, the post holder will be responsible for the line management of the finance business partners (2xFTE). Key deliverables for this role cover the production of the revenue and capital budgets regular financial reports for managers. The provision of regular advice, financial modelling and managing budget holder relations.
The successful candidate ideally will hold a CCAB but a strong QBE will also be considered. An effective negotiator with developed influencing skills, the post holder will also possess strong analytical and presentations skills and have demonstrable experience in a full range of financial control procedures including budget monitoring, budget setting and communicating complex budgetary information at a senior level.
