Practice Director required to join a local authority based in East Anglia for an initial 3 month period.
This is a fantastic opportunity to undertake a senior role within a well-regarded local authority.
The successful practice director will enjoy a varied workload. The main responsibilities for this role will include;
—- Providing leadership for the legal management team, encouraging growth whilst delivering to targets
—- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
—- Conducting performance reviews
—- Creating agendas and chairing management meetings
Alongside this, you will also be expected to carry a caseload of commercial matters in a relevant area of law.
Due to the nature of this role, it is beneficial for the successful candidate to have a local authority background, although this is not essential.
The local authority office is easy to reach, situated within walking distance from the closest train station.
