Administrator – Rolling Contract – Up to £140pd PAYE – Swindon

Excellent opportunity for an Administrator to join a global asset management group based in Swindon and provide strong administration support.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Supporting the day to day running of the FM, mailroom and H&S
  • Ensuring all Service Level Agreements are met and appropriate on-line and paper records maintained
  • Managing own workload priorities in order to meet the expected standards of professional expertise and service required by the administration role.
  • Providing regular progress reports to clients and line management
  • Helpdesk duties including first line fixes and escalation, liaising with building maintenance teams and other external contractors.
  • Provision of printed and general office stationery including the maintenance and management of the online ordering system.
  • Booking and setting up of meeting rooms.
  • Sorting and delivering incoming mail and franking outgoing mail. Arranging couriers as and when required.

The successful candidate will ideally have:

  • Strong administration experience
  • Experience within a corporate organisation
  • Experience of working in a financial institution is highly desirable
  • Health and safety awareness
  • Must have IOSH certificate for this role
  • Strong IT skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with all levels within and external to an organisation
  • Comfortable to work to tight deadline and manage a busy workload
  • Flexible to work some out of hours overtime
