Customer Service Manager – Central London – Permanent – Up to £40k

Fantastic opportunity for a Customer Services Manager to join a global and leading organisation who specialise in organising exhibitions and conferences. The Customer Services Manager will support and lead a team of Customer Success Executives in its headquarters in London who are responsible for driving the service given to customers.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Instilling a culture of customer obsession into the team
  • Developing team member skills through training and coaching
  • Acting as a true customer champion around the business, ensuring the customer is at the heart of everything we do
  • Ensuring customers queries are answered promptly and accurately in line with SLA’s
  • Encourage customers to plan for the show, help where required but tailored to their needs
  • Making customers as effective and successful as possible which in return will increase ROI, thus retention rates and lifetime value.
  • Provide an excellent customer service experience to ensure they have the tools and knowledge they need to maximise the value they get from us

The successful candidate will ideally have:

  • Extensive customer success/service experience
  • Strong experience in increasing customer satisfaction and increasing retention rates
  • Experienced in leading and motivating an events/customer service team
  • Familiar with working with large brands in a corporate environment highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong team player
  • The capability to work in a fast paced environment whilst under pressure and manage a busy workload
  • Ambition to grow with the company and improve the way they work
