Compliance Administrator

Administrator required to join a well-established Not-for-Profit organisation based in Manchester City Centre.

My client is offering the successful applicant 16-21k plus an excellent benefits package. This post is a fixed-term contract up to December 2018.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Administrator who is a perfectionist, enjoys compliance and document organisation.

As an Administrator you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Contracts Team with existing projects
  • Reviewing project management data to ensure all documents are compliant
  • Ensuring all audit trails are fully compliant
  • Liaising with internal delivery teams
  • Administrative tasks such as printing, copying, filing etc.

To be successful in the this Administrator post you must:

  • Be a highly skilled administrator
  • Have strong time management skills and the ability to work upon own initiative
  • Have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Be a clear and confident communicator
  • Be a team player

It is desirable that the Administrator also has:

  • Previously worked in public funded projects or highly regulated environment
  • Previously worked in contracts
