HR Business Partner – Glasgow – Initially 3 Months – Up to £500pd Umbrella or £398pd PAYE

IR35 Status: Inside

Excellent opportunity for a HR Business Partner with strong employee engagement experience to join a public sector organisation based in Glasgow. This role will play a critical role in shaping and delivering interventions required to drive Employee Engagement Surveys (EES) and Cultural Uplift activities across the organisation.

The role will involve duties such as:

  • Lead responsibility for scoping, reporting, controlling and governance of EES and Cultural Uplift activities, highly visible and business critical projects
  • Develop and maintain effective and impactful stakeholder management relationships across HR and with managers across the organisation.
  • Develop a comprehensive and actionable approach to employee engagement
  • Engage in research and networking beyond the organisation, ensuring that approaches to EES and cultural uplift are innovative, and that we learn from developments in other organisations and industries and adapt our approach
  • Create, distribute, and deliver effective communications and engagement (formal and informal), and deliver planning and supporting communications to ensure EES and Cultural Uplift is successfully targeted, understood, and effective.

The successful candidate will ideally have:

  • MCIPS qualification or equivalent experience
  • Experience of working within the public sector is highly desirable
  • Extensive experience of employee engagement within complex organisations
  • Experience of assessing, reviewing and communicating impact from investment in employee engagement and cultural uplift programmes
  • Strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to business partner different areas of the business
