Personal Assistant UK Debt Director and Head of Corporate Services - Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, PA, EA, Financial Services, Private Sector, Public Sector, Not-for-Profit

12 month fixed-term
Central London - up to £35,000 plus benefits

PA to UK Debt Director and Head of Corporate Services - we are looking to recruit an experienced Personal Assistant for a personal finance consumer focused organisation, who work with organisations from the Public, Private and Not-for-Profit sectors. Based in the company office in London, you will play a key role in providing high quality executive personal assistance to the UK Director and Head of Corporate Services, and administrative support to other colleagues in the executive office.

This is an exciting opportunity, as it will give you the opportunity to develop relationships and support senior level stakeholders within the business.


  • Managing diaries and arranging meetings.

o Arranging travel and hotel accommodation.
o Preparing presentations and briefing notes as required.
o Taking minutes and following up post-meeting action points.
o Proactively managing incoming post, e-mails and calls.

  • Drafting and sending standard letters and e-mails.
  • Collating and distribution of Board and executive level agendas, and related papers.
  • Undertaking general office duties that support the delivery of the team’s objectives. These are likely to include:

o data entry, filing and records management
o photocopying and collating papers and mailings
o arranging for documents to be printed and collating packs
o looking after visitors

  • Providing cover and support for and to others in the Executive office, including the PA to the CEO and Chair and PA to the Directors.
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and managing discreet projects.


  • Strong diary and meeting management skills with expertise in managing multiple diaries for senior colleagues.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on being flexible and taking own initiative.
  • Strong organisational, time management and planning skills.
  • Extensive and varied administrative expertise.
  • Competent use of all standard MS Office applications.
  • Good at juggling tasks and prioritising.
  • Accurate, with good attention to detail.
  • Understanding of standard office management processes systems.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships and influencing skills.
