  • *Talent Acquisition Manager**– 3 month contract–£250UMB(IR35 In Scope)- Public Sector– Inner London**

Our client is a government organisation based in London who are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join there busy team.

This role will predominantly be based in Inner London, however the successful candidate will be required to travel on occasion across sites at Newcastle, Blackpool and Sheffield.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Duties of the role will involve:

Producing Market intelligence for each role assigned to you and provide your findings to the team.
Reviewing and shaping job adverts and using the appropriate attraction methods.
Uploading and removal of all job adverts-Including LinkedIn, DICE and micro site.
Creating talent pipelines to provide longer term resourcing solutions.
Working with colleagues across the HR and recruitment teams to maximize and ensure success on every role.
Working collaboratively with the campaign lead to develop and plan recruitment campaigns.
Show curiosity following close of campaigns, contacting competitors and OGD advertising similar roles to identify salaries and success rates etc.
Proactively identifying and managing risks and issues throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Acting and a single point of contact for candidates and building and maintaining relationships with quality candidates.
Developing and maintaining positive relationships with hiring managers and manage there expectations.
Working with the recruitment business partner to consult key stakeholders to understand business priorities.
Present regular project updates to key stakeholders.
With the support of the recruitment business partner develop approaches to delivering difficult sourcing requirements: Including team management
Be solutions focused

Experience required for this role:

Previous knowledge and experience of recruitment. Experience of recruiting in the ‘engineering’ community would be advantageous, although not essential.
Specific knowledge and understanding of the Digital talent market and competition in different locations is desirable.
Experience of advertising, attracting and sourcing high quality digital and technology talent through a range of channels, particularly LinkedIn.
Experience of running campaigns on an ‘always on’ basis (due to volume or hard to fill nature) again would be advantageous
Proven experience in developing and building strong relationships with key stakeholders;engaging effectively at all levels;
Excellent Communication Skills.
Flexible in both style and approach.
