  • * Business Support Manager–6 month contract–up to £119 PAYE or £150 Umbrella only (IR35 In Scope)- Public Sector –London**

Our client is a government organisation based in Central London who are looking for an experienced Business Support Administrator to join their team on a 3 month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

Are client is looking for a self-motivated, organised individual who is capable of balancing competing deadlines and priorities, has the ability to work well with colleagues and stakeholders at all level, has a flexible attitude and willingness to turning their hand to a range of issues. You will need to be a strong team-player with a collaborative approach but also the ability to work independently and be proficient in using ICT, with experience of using Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and in particular, Excel
You will have the ability to develop quickly successful relationships with key stakeholders and have an interest in working in the public sector/for Central Government. The main activities associated with the roles are supporting the Commercial Law Group Project Manager in delivering a variety of strands of work to move forward the Next Chapter Project, including overseeing recruitment of lawyers and business management colleagues as part of the development of the Group under this project. Project Management and proven planning, Organisation and monitoring skills are therefore desirable as would be any experience in dealing with recruitment of permanent and agency staff.

Experience required for this role:

Ability to manage, interpret, analyse and present complex information, including MI, and other data to identify and follow through with areas for action within and across all teams
Capable of driving delivery, initiating and developing new ideas and processes
Ability to manage a diverse workload and deploy resources to meet current and future demand
Excellent people engagement skills and a focus on building collaborative working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across the departments
Strong leadership skills and an ability to communicate with clarity, conviction and enthusiasm
IT Skills including Outlook, Microsoft Office products (Word and in particular, Excel) and digital services Desirable
Project Management and proven planning, organisation and monitoring skills are desirable, experience in recruitment of permanent and agency staff would be an advantage.
