Sector Support Executive (Debt Advice) – Debt Advice, Not for Profit, Charity, business support, administration, stakeholder engagement

London – Salary £39,300 plus benefits (Pension, Private Health Care, Life Assurance, and more)

Sector Support Executive – we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Sector Support Executive to support our clients’ strategic coordination of the debt advice sector. This will include producing high quality agendas, reports, minutes, briefings and other research to strict deadlines; whilst also supporting in establishing and maintaining strong relations with debt advice agencies, creditors of all types, other ‘third’ sector stakeholders and public bodies. This will include supporting facilitation of the Service’s Debt Advice Steering Group, Debt Advice Operational Group and related working groups, as well as producing high quality agendas, reports, minutes, briefings and other research to strict deadlines.

To enable you to make an effective contribution within this position, the successful candidate would possess for following skills/experience below:

  • Exceptional relationship management skills and the ability to deal with people at all levels
  • A pro-active individual with a high level of integrity and discretion
  • Strong attention to detail
  • The ability to manage workflows, prioritise and work well under pressure
  • Excellent written and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work autonomously and manage/ influence others to meet deadlines and required standards.
  • Ability to accurately and effectively manage a variety of business management tasks
  • Excellent communication skills verbally and in writing, with specific expertise in agenda preparation, minute taking and letter writing.
  • Strong organisational, time management and planning skills.
  • Strong team player capabilities enjoying matrix working.
  • Event management knowledge and experience.
