PA/ Office Secretary

(PA to Head of Corporate Services and Assistant to Governance Manager)

Holborn

£35,000 p/a

Initial 6 Month FTC

Overall Job Purpose

  • To provide high quality administrative support to the Governance Manager
  • To provide high quality executive personal assistance to the Head of Corporate Services, and administrative support to other colleagues in the executive office.
  • To plan, execute, minute and follow up on weekly Senior Leadership team meetings.

Essential Requirements

  • Very strong administration skills; often dealing with confidential material.
  • Team player. Strong diary and meeting management skills with expertise in managing multiple diaries for senior colleagues.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on being flexible and taking own initiative.
  • Strong organisational, time management and planning skills.
  • Extensive and varied administrative expertise.
  • Competent use of all standard MS Office applications (Intermediate to advance skills on Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Good at juggling tasks and prioritising.
  • Accurate, with good attention to detail.
  • Understanding of standard office management processes systems.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships and influencing skills
  • Understanding of continuous improvement techniques.
