  • *Recruitment BD Account Manager – Up to £35k + Bonus-Sale-Manchester**

We are looking for a confident and experienced Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Sale on a permanent basis

Working as part of the Sales team you will be responsible for the business development of existing and new clients across Advantage Resourcing. Working closely with the Client Relationship Manager you will be responsible for developing existing client’s portfolio and cross sell all Advantage Resourcing Brands, e.g. AR, CC and AxPO.

You will also need to build a pipeline of prospects from scratch and develop a strategic and tactical approach to engage with these clients.

You will be expected to travel extensively in the UK and attend events outside of normal working hours, such as exhibitions, client meetings, supplier and networking events.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Utilising our current client PSL agreements you will be responsible for maximising these accounts and cross selling the brand to these clients.
  • Build and develop a prospect base and attain new clients that make a positive contribution to achieving the Company’s sales forecast, plans, programmes and budgets
  • Cold Calling, attending networking events and develop professional connections and Introducers
  • Generate new business across the regions for the AR Group.
  • Work closely with the Client Relationship Manager and Recruitment teams across the group ensuring that a high level of communication and feedback is maintain.
  • Provide weekly sales reports and updates on your activity
  • Develop a detailed understanding of region and industry sectors AR operates in
  • Ensure that client needs are met in line with expectation in order to maximise customer satisfaction and therefore gain repeat business
  • Develop good communications with all other areas of the business and with customers
  • In conjunction with Client Relationship Manager develop SMART Targets and Key Performance Indicators
  • Record all activities within the company ATS system
  • Provide meeting reports on all client meetings/visits to the SLT, detailing the purpose and outcomes of the meeting/visit

SKILLS REQUIRED

Having a current valid driving licence is essential
previous recruitment experience is desirable but not essential
Strong Sales/BD background needed
Must have a confident telephone manor
Must be happy to travel on occasion
