Our client is a leading international service organisation who are in the process of relocating their head office from SE Asia to Central London. As a result of significant growth that will take place in the new office they are seeking a highly experience PA to join the team. The role will support the CFO for the organisation.

These will be challenging, fast-paced but rewarding roles, positioned at the heart of a dynamic and changing area of the organisation. The roles will provide the right individual the opportunity to work closely with senior decision-makers, to take ownership for key projects, and to engage with colleagues across Digital, Data and Technology, the wider organisation and other Government Departments. There is also scope within the role to develop in a wide range of areas, which provide an excellent foundation for promotion to higher level positions in the future.

Key Exec PA Attributes for the Global CFO:

  • Great interpersonal skills, with emotional intelligence
  • Solid communication skills, with excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Strong organisational skills, able to deal with a fast-paced environment
  • Calm and composed, with a high level of diplomacy
  • Knack for reading and pre-empting situations
  • Ability to interact with both internal and external executive level individuals
  • Build strong relationships with the organisation’s executive PAs
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality with strong attention to detail
  • Professional attitude, taking pride in their appearance
  • Previous senior / exec level PA experience in a large multinational company

Key Activities:

  • Diary management, forward planning, email & communication management
  • Organisation of travel arrangements, logistics and itineraries
  • Invoice and budget management, handling expenses
  • Act as first point of contact for internal and external senior executives
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with Executive Committee and Board Members
  • Attendance / organisation of Finance leadership meetings and action taking
  • Meeting support, including planning and pack/report preparation
  • Handle a wide range of sensitive, confidential and high-profile correspondence and records
  • Producing / editing presentations using PowerPoint
