Administrator (Compliance) – Central Birmingham – £9-£11 ph PAYE – Initial 4 Month Contract

The Company

Advantage Resourcing are working closely with a leading IT Software organisation to recruit for four Administrators to work a contract for 4 months but likely to be extended. The company are based in Central Birmingham.

The Role

Main purpose is to monitor the GDPR enquires from customers, ensuring they are answered along company guidelines or passed to the appropriate department. This will be a large volume of queries mainly processed via email.

Main Duties:

  • Communicating with stakeholders, maintaining detailed manual and excel records, tracking the progress of each contract and providing regular updates to the wider organisation team
  • Providing administrative support to the GDPR Programme
  • Issuing revised contracts/letters to third party suppliers
  • Issuing, tracking and reporting of notification letters for contracts
  • Compilation of data from various systems to produce status reports
  • Manipulating large quantities of data

Successful Candidates:

  • Extensive Admin background, ideally within HR or Compliance
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills - particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Aptitude for learning new systems quickly and effectively
  • Experience in management and manipulation of large data sets
  • Experience in a project related administration role
