Internal Communication Adviser – Brighton

£31,500 – 12 month fixed term contract

We currently have an opportunity for an Internal Communications Adviser to join one of our major clients based in Brighton.

They are a reputable government client responsible for protecting workplace pensions in the UK, working with employers and those running pensions to help people save safely for their retirement.

This role will support the delivery of the clients internal communication strategy to help their 600+ people understand their role in their vision to protect work pensions. You will help facilitate high levels of employee engagement and support positive organisational and cultural change.

You will be responsible for delivering day-to-day, operational internal communications, supporting business change projects and initiatives, planning and delivering events and other associated internal comms activities.

Experience required:

  • Experience of working in an Internal Communications role
  • Proven experience of writing/editing copy – translating complex information into engaging, audience focused content
  • A good understanding of communication best practice and techniques
  • Good communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience of supporting large projects and organisational initiatives
  • Experience of working to tight deadlines
