3 X Finance Managers – Whitley – 6 month contract – Up to £320 LTD

We are currently recruiting for 3 x Finance Managers to work for a major automotive company based in Whitley on a 6 month contract. Candidates with experience of working within a SOX controlled environment are highly desirable for this role as are candidates with experience of working within the automotive industry.


  • Accountable for all Master Data maintenance activities within GFS
  • Lead the team to deliver standardised, streamlined Master Data services in line with process efficiency and data quality SLAs and KPIs
  • Identify opportunities to continuously improve Master Data processes, utilising continuous improvement methodologies
  • Ensure that the team adhere to policies, controls and governance
  • Collaborate with the wider finance community to deliver finance initiatives and key business outcomes
  • Be the escalation point to resolve complex issues and customer concerns
  • Provide leadership to the team, supporting with growth planning to maximise their performance and career development
  • Set individual objectives, conduct regular performance management reviews and address issues where required

Skills and experience:

  • In-depth knowledge of Master Data, R2R, OTC and P2P processes
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to develop and nurture relationships
  • Exceptional numerical and analytical skills
  • Adept at translating financial issues for operational teams
  • Continuous improvement ‘mind set’ with the ability to proactively identify and resolve issues using innovation
  • Able to plan team workload effectively to deliver complex activities to challenging timescales
  • Customer focused demonstrating customer first behaviours
  • Self-driven learner with an appetite for continuous professional and personal development
  • Certified Data Management Professional preferred
  • Ability and willingness to travel -globally
