Initially 6 Months
£9.70ph PAYE

Excellent opportunity for a Project Administrator to join a global defence organisation based in Portsmouth and provide administrative support for the project delivery teams using the ERP system.

Some of the main tasks will be things such as:

  • Process Change Request Notification approval steps and ensure ERP administration changes on each step are carried out correctly and within governance requirements and the Change Request letters are produced.
  • Assist with the configuration control of relevant project documentation, connecting to SAP appropriately.
  • Assist with collation and processing of other project related data and information as required.

The successful candidate will ideally have:

  • Experience of supporting administration duties on projects
  • Knowledge of planning administration processes
  • Strong IT skills
  • SAP experience highly desirable
  • The ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise accordingly
  • Excellent communication skills
