Administrator – £9 p/h PAYE - 6 Month Contract – Portsmouth

The Company

Advantage Resourcing are working closely with one of the UK’s leading defence companies to recruit for a Support Administrator in their Portsmouth site.

The Role

To provide administrative support for the production delivery teams using the ERP systems to ensure technical and standards data used in support of the execution for projects and services supplied by the Ship Delivery Team is governed properly.

Main Duties:

• Assist with creating/printing work packs to be given to Team Managers
• Administration of daily work order preparations, assist with attaching documents, create work packs and document control.
• Liaising with the customer, planning and delivery team to gather required information and assist with solving issues.

The Successful Candidate

• Ideally similar background within a highly regulated industry
• Great organisational skills with ability to prioritise tasks
• Understanding of Health and Safety requirements/legislation will be highly desirable
• Competence with IFS generally and especially document management and approval functions
• Comprehensive understanding of planning administration processes and the practical implications of product safety assurance
