  • *Coordinator (HR) – 3 months - Government Organisation - £120 day rate PAYE - London**

Our client is a division within central Government based in London who are looking for an Interim Coordinator / Administrator to support their HR functions on a 3 months contract. Responsibilities include:
You will support the HR Operations and HR Business Partners in delivering successful, high quality and compliant HR services for senior commercial roles in Central Government and ALBs. Provide support to Senior Operations Manager to deliver a high level of customer service to senior civil servants. Support to HR Business Partners to identify where communications may highlight a need to review policies. Ensure the communications tracker is kept fully up to date and aligned to the overall monthly MI required by management. Liaising with employees and colleagues in other departments in a professional manner, keeping the needs of the employee at the heart of what we do. Provision of on-boarding for new entrants into the organisation. Dealing with HR related enquiries. Developing strong working relationships with external suppliers and internal stakeholders, together with their office staff and assistants. Organising one-off and regular meetings, booking rooms and organising diaries. Liaising with recruitment, Talent and other areas of the business to ensure that all and existing employees have access to HR support and Guidance at all times.

Experience required for this role:-
Strong administration & coordination skills -
HR division experience is advantageous
Previous experience of responding to high level complaints or queries in a timely and professional manner or working in a fast paced project administration role.
Good communication skills both oral and written with the ability to demonstrate persuasiveness, persistence and patience.
Able to identify process improvement activity
Good organisational and administrative skills.
Ability to work to strict deadlines.
Ability to gain people’s confidence and put them at ease.
Excellent IT skills with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure.
