  • *L&D Business Partner – 6 months – Public Organisation - £46,000 pro rata or up to £400 day rate Umbrella (Inscope) - Bristol**

Our client is a leading Public Organisation based in Bristol who are looking for an Interim Learning and Development Business Partner to join their team on 6 months contract.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Learning & Development Business Partner you will be responsible for leading the delivery of the businesses L&D Programme and ensures that the business has the technical, professional, management and leadership skills to enable the delivery of the strategic aims and objectives of the organisation. Key responsibilities include: developing, implementing and managing learning and development programmes for all employees utilising and promoting digital approaches where appropriate; enabling the aspiration to be a learning organisation and ensuring L&D plans address inclusivity and diversity; ensuring links to other strategies as appropriate e.g. WFP, apprenticeships, talent and ED&I; providing facilitation support on a consultancy basis; coaching HR colleagues to better support L&D and talent thinking and activities; managing contracts and overseeing the relevant budgets; demonstrating return on investment through data and MI.

Key Skills required for this role:
Working towards or CIPD qualified is advantageous
L&D, OD, Learning and Development Business Partner experience is required
Experience of providing a consultancy service
HR generalist experience with a sound knowledge of employment law and current legislation
Ability to develop and deliver L&D solutions; contract management and commercial skills; engagement skills; the ability to implement & advise on L&D policy
Effective team working and relationship management; facilitation skills
Ability to use L&D to enable inclusivity and diversity outcomes.
Professional advice and expert consultancy in learning and development;
Building effective stakeholder relations with key providers and undertaking procurement exercises as necessary;
Contract management & budget oversight
Analysing and producing management information to demonstrate return on investment
Managing learning and development policies and procedures
Knowledge of external trends and developments in relation to L&D
Working with stakeholders to develop learning and development programmes which enable the delivery of strategic aims and objectives
Excellent IT systems knowledge and experience
