  • *Resourcing Coordinator/ recruitment administrator – 3 Months– up to £130 paye or £160 UMB–Public Sector– Birmingham**

Our client is a leading public sector organisation is based in Birmingham who are looking for an Interim resourcing coordinator to join their team on a 3 months contract.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment administration within a busy recruitment team, with particular emphasis on interview booking, including scheduling, re-scheduling, room booking, meet and greet, documentation packs and other supporting activities. This will involve extensive liaising with internal HS2 stakeholders (hiring managers, recruitment team, wider HR team, internal candidates), and external stakeholders (including candidates, recruitment agencies etc).

Ideal experience required for this role:
Previous recruitment administration experience or similar
Worked within a Public Sector or Government division is advantageous
Demonstrable high volume and fast paced experience in a recruitment team within an HR department. Must be highly organised.
A lot of the role will involve booking and arranging interviews for incoming candidates.
Exceptional communication and administrative skills
Excellent IT Systems knowledge and experience
