Administrator – Luton – 3 month contract initially - £9.75 per hour PAYE

We are currently recruiting for an administrator to work for a major e-commerce business based in Luton on an initial 3 month contract. This role would suit candidates that have experience of working within large e-commerce based businesses. Candidates with experience of conducting clearance checks or pre-employment vetting checks are highly desirable.

Duties:

  • Re-organisation of paper to updated guidelines
  • Scanning of paper documents
  • Identification of paper records for distribution to New Hire team
  • Secure disposal of paper & electronic files
  • Updating of databases with relevant records
  • Liaison with internal team members following presentation of tasks
  • Weekly reporting on progress to line manager
  • Contacting staff members to ensure accuracy of records

Skills and experience:

  • Able to self-start and self-motivate
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Quick to pick up on instructions
  • Ability to perform long term repetitive tasks
  • Ability to change tasks with short notice dependant on changing priorities
  • Experience of suing Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Pre-employment vetting experience is highly desirable
