  • *Administrator – Cheadle, Cheshire – Leading Organisation - Permanent – Up to £18K per annum + exceptional benefits**

We are currently recruiting for an Administrator/ Coordinator to work for our client based at Cheadle Royal Business Park, Cheshire. This role would be suited to administrators with experience of assisting with businesses recruitment or HR functions however this is not essential. Candidates that are comfortable working with the Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) are highly desirable.


  • To build and maintain strong customer relationships with hiring managers.
  • To manage all relevant new temporary worker details and documentation
  • To ensure accurate data entry into the recruitment systems.
  • To manage queries raised by candidates and managers.
  • To liaise with suppliers as necessary.
  • To provide general admin support to the team.

Skills and Experience

  • Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels within both the client business and suppliers.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Must have strong attention to detail
  • Positive approach to problem solving
  • Must be a good team player
  • Must be able to work at a fast and consistent pace, whilst ensuring that data accuracy is not compromised
  • The ability to prioritise workloads
