Admin Assistant (Part time) – Luton – Temp - £12.02 per hour PAYE

We are currently working for an admin assistant to work for a major e-commerce business based in Luton on a temporary basis. This role would suit a strong administrator looking for part time work and would like the experience of working for a globally recognised brand.


  • Monitoring and management of MS Outlook Inbox
  • Updating of databases with relevant records
  • Scanning of paper documents
  • Secure disposal of paper & electronic files
  • Liaison with internal team members to ensure necessary tasks are identified and undertaken
  • Weekly reporting on progress to line manager(s)

Skills and experience

  • Experience dealing with sensitive data
  • Awareness of GDPR Regulations and data protection
  • Experience working in an administrative position
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel
  • Willingness to take on ad hoc tasks when required
  • Experience working within the Aviation industry is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
