Personal Injury Lawyer
£25-32ph
Contract – Full-time
London

Personal Injury Lawyer required to join a Government Department in London for a minimum of 11 months. The successful candidate will be a qualified Lawyer (Solicitor, Barrister or equivalent) and will have experience in general civil litigation, particularly in the area of property litigation. The successful Lawyer will also have experience in handling public liability, employers liability and multi-track claims. Defendant personal injury experience is desirable but not essential, as is experience in a public sector role. The candidate will be required to pick up an existing caseload and will be joining a large-scale organisation that offer reasonable flexible working and working from home.

Key Responsibilities of a Personal Injury Lawyer

  • Dealing with general civil litigation
  • Dealing with PL/EL and multi-track claims
  • Working defendant claims

Required skills and experience of the Personal Injury Lawyer

  • Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or equivalent
  • Ideally 3 years PQE
  • Personal injury experience; experience in PL/EL and multi-track claims is desirable
  • Experience in Civil Law litigation
