Digital Operations Analyst

We have a new opportunity in our Flight Operations support team and we`re looking for a Digital Operations Analyst to be responsible for the administration and maintenance of the device and document management systems. The Flight Operations support team will be responsible for the device administration and document management systems within easyJet Operations. The systems are easyJet Group Operations Services (GOS) functions.You`ll have excellent interpersonal and communication skills as building a close cross functional relationship with the Operations Devices Technology team based within IT will be central to the success of the service.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Author and maintain user guides, training material and procedural documentation.
  • Perform user acceptance testing for crew device hardware, build configuration, security, operating system and applications.
  • Ensure developments and enhancements to device platform is effectively communicated to end-users, management and train departments.
  • Provide support and guidance to the Base Management team to ensure device support process is effective, both on and off site.
  • Deputise for the Flight Operations Manager - Digital Operations for EFB administration of the devices to ensure AOC compliance.
  • Log all problems and issues with devices and ensure all issues are addressed in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Liaise with all relevant suppliers, appropriate to the role and in collaboration with the Operations Devices Technology Team, to ensure an efficient and effective service.

Requirements for the Role

What we are looking for?

  • An understanding of the iOS and iPad platform.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • Experience of test execution in a Business Systems environment.
  • Knowledge of business processes and terminology.
  • Experience of a business change management process.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Airline experience (desirable)
