HR Administrator

HR Administrator – Gatwick – 3-6 months - £150 umbrella or £114 PAYE per day

We are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to work for a major business based in Gatwick on a 3-6 month contract (to be determined by project completion).


  • Gather, audit and process personnel data and information
  • Manage the creation of project correspondence and documents
  • Manage, Track and process correspondence responses
  • Responsible for processing the exit paperwork and meetings for impacted employees
  • Recruitment administration for interviews linked to the Change Project, including interview packs and ensuring role profile accuracy
  • Responsible for working with internal stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met

Skills and experience

  • Meticulous attention to detail with high degrees of accuracy
  • Experience of providing HR Admin support essential, including but not limited to manipulating excel data, sensitive calculations and mail merge
  • Experience of working with an HRIS system essential
  • A proven track record of establishing and maintaining accurate record keeping systems through high levels of organisation and accuracy
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Must be a self-starter who can quickly adapt to change and flex style/plans
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality throughout the lifecycle of this commercially sensitive programme
  • Must be resilient with a positive can do attitude
