Payroll Administrator – London – £14.72 p/h PAYE or £19.35 p/h Umbrella – 6 Months Contract

Are you an experienced Payroll Admin that is comfortable with a monthly payroll of 16,000 (split across UK and Ireland) and looking for your next challenge?

The Company

Advantage Resourcing are working closely with a leading Fortune Global 500 organisation to recruit for a Payroll Admin in their headquarters in Central London.

The Role

You will be working within a team of 11 to process a monthly payroll of over 16,000 (split across UK and Ireland).

Main Duties:

  • Input manual changes to payroll on a monthly basis
  • Validate accuracy of monthly data input by colleagues
  • Weekly emergency payments
  • Collaborate with internal teams
  • Support end to end query resolution process
  • Statutory and contractual compliance
  • Adherence to internal payroll processes
  • Adherence and compliance to Information Security and GDPR requirements

Successful Payroll Admin:

  • Solid knowledge of UK payroll related legislation
  • Irish payroll experience is desirable, although a willingness to learn Irish Payroll is essential
  • Experience in busy payrolls
  • Communication skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Team working skills

Standard work hours of Monday-Friday 09.00-17.30 apply, although a flexible approach is required to ensure critical milestones and timescales are met.
