Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Salary: £24,500 - £29,187

Location: Manchester

What to expect:

You will be a valued member of the Digital Delivery Centre team. We are focused on the development of electric, connected and driverless cars that will reshape the whole industry. Joining us is your chance to help redefine who we are and where we’re going.

You’ll provide administrative support to operational teams and handle the maintenance of documentation to enable effective delivery of team objectives. In time you’ll be able to act as a point of contact for the team and wider business and be able to handle operational queries.

You’ll handle the organising and storing of paperwork, documents and computer-based information and also oversee the ordering and maintaining of stationery, equipment supplies etc. You’ll also attend meetings, taking minutes and circulating notes, on occasion your duties may extend to raising PO’s and invoices.

What you’ll need

You’ll need around 3 years previous admin/coordination experience, have good time management and prioritisation skills. Alongside excellent IT skills you should have intermediate to expert excel abilities and strong powerpoint skills. You’ll possess proficient analytical and problem solving skills and be comfortable with data management/ manipulations.

Working in a fast paced environment you need to be confident, able to take ownership and in time work unsupervised. You should be able to build relationships with stakeholders and push back where necessary. You should be detail orientated with good organisational skills and both strong written and verbal communication skills.
